VMS 600-8R vacuum lifter
Self-priming vacuum lifter VMS 600-8R of 600 kg with 8 suction cups of Ø 230 mm, for sheet metal and slabs up to 4,000 × 2,000 mm. Eight cups and a format up to 4,000 × 2,000 mm: the configuration for large, thin sheets, the ones that would crumple on the first lift with only four grips. The vacuum is created by the movement of the hoist itself: lower the hook and the vacuum lifter grips, set the load down and the grip releases. No power, no compressed air and no batteries to recharge are needed, and release cannot happen while the piece is suspended. Materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, glass, plastic, stone and wood with a closed, sealed surface.
Minimum workpiece size 500 × 500 mm, minimum thickness 1 mm on steel, minimum load 5 kg. Own weight 130 kg. It can be fitted with shut-off valves: by isolating the cups that fall outside the workpiece, smaller formats can be handled without losing the vacuum.
