VMS 150-2 vacuum lifter
Self-priming vacuum lifter VMS 150-2 of 150 kg with 2 suction cups of Ø 230 mm, for sheet metal and slabs up to 2,500 × 1,250 mm. The two spaced cups on a cross-beam hold the 2,500 × 1,250 mm commercial format without letting it sag in the middle, the typical shortcoming of a single grip on long sheets. The vacuum is created by the movement of the hoist itself: lower the hook and the vacuum lifter grips, set the load down and the grip releases. No power, no compressed air and no batteries to recharge are needed, and release cannot happen while the piece is suspended. Materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, glass, plastic, stone and wood with a closed, sealed surface.
Minimum workpiece size 500 × 250 mm, minimum thickness 2 mm on steel, minimum load 5 kg. Own weight 22 kg. This configuration has no shut-off valves: every cup must rest on the workpiece.
