Professional vacuum lifters
Powered, pneumatic or self-contained battery models. They grip safely on marble, glass, sheet metal, timber and sandwich panels up to 20 metres, using the negative pressure in the reservoir. Also available for hire.

A safe grip on any surface
Vacuum lifters grip by means of the negative pressure created inside the reservoir, keeping the grip safe even if the power supply is interrupted. They are fitted as below-the-hook equipment to jib cranes, overhead cranes and hoists.
Depending on the material and the dimensions we design vacuum lifters with one or more pads, with manual, pneumatic or powered tilting and manual or powered rotation.

Up to 20 metres of panel, battery models too
Many vacuum lifters are born from a specific request: vacuum lifting beams for insulated sandwich panels up to 20 metres, vacuum lifters for sheet metal up to 12/14 metres with hydraulic or pneumatic tilting, self-contained battery versions with no compressor, and fork-mounted vacuum lifters for forklift trucks.
- Electric pump unit 380/220 V or compressed air operation
- Manual pump vacuum lifters for smooth surfaces, no power needed
- Vacuum lifter hire for insulated panels: vertical, horizontal and lengthwise

Every piece of Attollo equipment is designed and built to Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and to EN 13155 for below-the-hook lifting attachments, and is supplied with CE marking, declaration of conformity and an operating and maintenance manual. We also handle the mandatory periodic inspections required by Italian law (Legislative Decree 81/08).
Vacuum lifters: the most common questions
Vacuum lifters cover a wide range of capacities, broadly from around 80 kg up to 2,000 kg and beyond, depending on the number of pads. The capacity is sized on the weight and the dimensions of the slabs to be moved.
The vacuum lifter grips the surface using the negative pressure (vacuum) created inside it, holding safely even if the power supply is interrupted. It is fitted below the hook of a crane, overhead crane or hoist and can have manual, pneumatic or powered tilting and rotation.
On marble and granite, glass, sheet metal and stainless steel, aluminium, timber and MDF, insulated sandwich panels up to 20 metres, fibreglass and floor coverings. For each material we design the most suitable vacuum lifter, with one or more pads.
