Attachments are machines too: the law says so
Since 6 March 2010 lifting attachments, chains, ropes and webbing have fallen under the Machinery Directive (Italian Legislative Decree 17/2010): they must carry CE marking, a declaration of conformity and an operating manual, with periodic inspections under Legislative Decree 81/08 and quarterly checks for ropes and chains.
We supply every attachment already compliant and we take care of the periodic inspections and of keeping the register: one less thing to worry about for your company's safety.

Below-the-hook attachments: the most common questions
These are the devices fitted below the crane hook to grip and move the load: clamps, webbing slings, magnets, dynamometers, lifting beams and hoists. They must comply with EN 13155 and with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
The C-hook lifts the coil by entering its central eye and is ideal for fast handling, with a rope or chain sling too. The clamp grips the load by pressure and suits sheets and stacks of sheet metal, vertically or horizontally.
