VMS 400-1 vacuum lifter
Self-priming vacuum lifter VMS 400-1 of 400 kg with 1 suction cup of Ø 400 mm, for sheet metal and slabs up to 2,000 × 1,000 mm. A single Ø 400 mm cup concentrates four hundred kilos on one point: it is the most compact grip for loading and unloading cutting machines, and it goes where a lifting beam will not fit. The vacuum is created by the movement of the hoist itself: lower the hook and the vacuum lifter grips, set the load down and the grip releases. No power, no compressed air and no batteries to recharge are needed, and release cannot happen while the piece is suspended. Materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, glass, plastic, stone and wood with a closed, sealed surface.
Minimum workpiece size Ø 500 mm, minimum thickness 2 mm on steel, minimum load 5 kg. Own weight 46 kg. This configuration has no shut-off valves: every cup must rest on the workpiece.
