VMS 100-1 vacuum lifter
Self-priming vacuum lifter VMS 100-1 of 100 kg with 1 suction cup of Ø 230 mm, for sheet metal and slabs up to 1,000 × 1,000 mm. This is the single-cup bench unit: 17 kg of its own weight, moved by hand once off the hook, picking up the sheet fresh from the laser with no cables or hoses to drag around. The vacuum is created by the movement of the hoist itself: lower the hook and the vacuum lifter grips, set the load down and the grip releases. No power, no compressed air and no batteries to recharge are needed, and release cannot happen while the piece is suspended. Materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, glass, plastic, stone and wood with a closed, sealed surface.
Minimum workpiece size Ø 250 mm, minimum thickness 1 mm on steel, minimum load 5 kg. Own weight 17 kg. This configuration has no shut-off valves: every cup must rest on the workpiece.
