VMS 600-6R vacuum lifter
Self-priming vacuum lifter VMS 600-6R of 600 kg with 6 suction cups of Ø 280 mm, for sheet metal and slabs up to 3,000 × 1,500 mm. Six Ø 280 mm cups spread the grip over more points: this is the configuration that goes down to 1 mm thickness, where with few cups the sheet would buckle. The vacuum is created by the movement of the hoist itself: lower the hook and the vacuum lifter grips, set the load down and the grip releases. No power, no compressed air and no batteries to recharge are needed, and release cannot happen while the piece is suspended. Materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, glass, plastic, stone and wood with a closed, sealed surface.
Minimum workpiece size 600 × 300 mm, minimum thickness 1 mm on steel, minimum load 5 kg. Own weight 114 kg. It can be fitted with shut-off valves: by isolating the cups that fall outside the workpiece, smaller formats can be handled without losing the vacuum.
