VMS 2400-2 vacuum lifter
Self-priming vacuum lifter VMS 2400-2 of 2,400 kg with 2 suction cups of Ø 770 mm, for sheet metal and slabs up to 3,000 × 1,500 mm. Two Ø 770 mm cups for 2,400 kg: the configuration for thick slabs, where the weight rests on two large contact areas and the sheet needs no support against sagging. The vacuum is created by the movement of the hoist itself: lower the hook and the vacuum lifter grips, set the load down and the grip releases. No power, no compressed air and no batteries to recharge are needed, and release cannot happen while the piece is suspended. Materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, glass, plastic, stone and wood with a closed, sealed surface.
Minimum workpiece size 2,000 × 1,000 mm, minimum thickness 2 mm on steel, minimum load 10 kg. Own weight 280 kg. This configuration has no shut-off valves: every cup must rest on the workpiece.
