VMS 2400-10R vacuum lifter
Self-priming vacuum lifter VMS 2400-10R of 2,400 kg with 10 suction cups of Ø 400 mm, for sheet metal and slabs up to 9,000 × 2,000 mm. Ten Ø 400 mm cups: the largest configuration in the whole range, the only one that holds nine metres of 1 mm sheet without the sheet working between grips. The vacuum is created by the movement of the hoist itself: lower the hook and the vacuum lifter grips, set the load down and the grip releases. No power, no compressed air and no batteries to recharge are needed, and release cannot happen while the piece is suspended. Materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, glass, plastic, stone and wood with a closed, sealed surface.
Minimum workpiece size 1,250 × 850 mm, minimum thickness 1 mm on steel, minimum load 20 kg. Own weight 480 kg. It can be fitted with shut-off valves: by isolating the cups that fall outside the workpiece, smaller formats can be handled without losing the vacuum.
