VMS 1200-6R vacuum lifter

Autonomous mechanical vacuum lifter VMS 1200-6R of 1,200 kg with 6 suction cups of Ø 400 mm, for sheet metal and slabs up to 3,000 × 1,500 mm. Six Ø 400 mm cups: compared with the four-cup version it gains the ability to work 1 mm sheet, because the load spreads over a third more points. The vacuum is created by the movement of the hoist itself: lower the hook and the vacuum lifter grips, set the load down and the grip releases. No power, no compressed air and no batteries to recharge are needed, and release cannot happen while the piece is suspended. Materials: sheets and plates of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastic, polyethylene, plexiglass and polycarbonate plates, stone, marble and granite slabs with a ground surface, glass panels and plates of every size, wooden panels with an airtight surface treatment. In general, any smooth, non-porous surface.

Minimum workpiece size 850 × 850 mm, minimum thickness 1 mm on steel, minimum load 10 kg. Own weight 206 kg. It can be fitted with shut-off valves: by isolating the cups that fall outside the workpiece, smaller formats can be handled without losing the vacuum.
