VMS 1200-5V vacuum lifter
Self-priming vacuum lifter VMS 1200-5V of 1,200 kg with 5 suction cups of Ø 400 mm, for sheet metal and slabs up to 6,000 × 1,000 mm. Five cups on a long cross-beam for narrow formats: 6,000 × 1,000 mm, that is coil-cut sheet or the long panel, where the grips have to be aligned on a single axis. The vacuum is created by the movement of the hoist itself: lower the hook and the vacuum lifter grips, set the load down and the grip releases. No power, no compressed air and no batteries to recharge are needed, and release cannot happen while the piece is suspended. Materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, glass, plastic, stone and wood with a closed, sealed surface.
Minimum workpiece size 3,000 × 1,000 mm, minimum thickness 1 mm on steel, minimum load 10 kg. Own weight 255 kg. It can be fitted with shut-off valves: by isolating the cups that fall outside the workpiece, smaller formats can be handled without losing the vacuum.
