VMS 1200-4V vacuum lifter
Self-priming vacuum lifter VMS 1200-4V of 1,200 kg with 4 suction cups of Ø 400 mm, for sheet metal and slabs up to 6,000 × 2,000 mm. Long cross-beam with four cups: it reaches sheets of 6,000 × 2,000 mm, and the smallest piece it can take is already 3,000 × 1,500 mm. This is the configuration for six-metre sheets, not for short formats. The vacuum is created by the movement of the hoist itself: lower the hook and the vacuum lifter grips, set the load down and the grip releases. No power, no compressed air and no batteries to recharge are needed, and release cannot happen while the piece is suspended. Materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, glass, plastic, stone and wood with a closed, sealed surface.
Minimum workpiece size 3,000 × 1,500 mm, minimum thickness 2 mm on steel, minimum load 10 kg. Own weight 241 kg. It can be fitted with shut-off valves: by isolating the cups that fall outside the workpiece, smaller formats can be handled without losing the vacuum.
