VMS 1200-4R vacuum lifter
Self-priming vacuum lifter VMS 1200-4R of 1,200 kg with 4 suction cups of Ø 400 mm, for sheet metal and slabs up to 3,000 × 1,500 mm. Four Ø 400 mm cups on a cross frame: the reference configuration for 1,200 kg on the 3,000 × 1,500 mm format, the most common in structural steelwork. The vacuum is created by the movement of the hoist itself: lower the hook and the vacuum lifter grips, set the load down and the grip releases. No power, no compressed air and no batteries to recharge are needed, and release cannot happen while the piece is suspended. Materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, glass, plastic, stone and wood with a closed, sealed surface.
Minimum workpiece size 850 × 850 mm, minimum thickness 2 mm on steel, minimum load 10 kg. Own weight 176 kg. This configuration has no shut-off valves: every cup must rest on the workpiece.
