VMS 1200-3 vacuum lifter
Self-priming vacuum lifter VMS 1200-3 of 1,200 kg with 3 suction cups of Ø 400 mm, for sheet metal and slabs up to 3,000 × 1,500 mm. Three Ø 400 mm cups for 1,200 kg: the triangular grip holds rounds and shaped pieces steady, with the option of isolating one cup when the piece is smaller. The vacuum is created by the movement of the hoist itself: lower the hook and the vacuum lifter grips, set the load down and the grip releases. No power, no compressed air and no batteries to recharge are needed, and release cannot happen while the piece is suspended. Materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, glass, plastic, stone and wood with a closed, sealed surface.
Minimum workpiece size Ø 450 mm, minimum thickness 2 mm on steel, minimum load 10 kg. Own weight 135 kg. It can be fitted with shut-off valves: by isolating the cups that fall outside the workpiece, smaller formats can be handled without losing the vacuum.
