VMS 1200-1 vacuum lifter
Self-priming vacuum lifter VMS 1200-1 of 1,200 kg with 1 suction cup of Ø 770 mm, for sheet metal and slabs up to 2,000 × 2,000 mm. A single Ø 770 mm cup: the most compact configuration for 1,200 kg, meant for thick, heavy slabs up to 2,000 × 2,000 mm where contact area matters, not distribution. The vacuum is created by the movement of the hoist itself: lower the hook and the vacuum lifter grips, set the load down and the grip releases. No power, no compressed air and no batteries to recharge are needed, and release cannot happen while the piece is suspended. Materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, glass, plastic, stone and wood with a closed, sealed surface.
Minimum workpiece size Ø 800 mm, minimum thickness 2 mm on steel, minimum load 10 kg. Own weight 130 kg. This configuration has no shut-off valves: every cup must rest on the workpiece.
