Fixed support stand rated 5,000 kg, CE 2006/42 certified. Compared with the 2,000 kg model the sizing changes: uprights and cross-members of larger section, bracing that runs down to the base and widened plate feet to carry five tonnes to the floor without deflecting. Capacity plate and CE marking on the top beam.
At five tonnes per stand the problem is not holding the weight: it is not deflecting. A few millimetres of sag in the top put the workpiece being machined out of level, and every re-setting costs more than the stand itself. That is why the beam and the uprights are sized with a margin and the bracing reaches the feet, where the plate spreads the load over the floor instead of concentrating it.
Used in pairs for dies, machine bases, machine sections and heavy steelwork: two stands hold a 10,000 kg workpiece at working height. Delivered with capacity plate, serial number, manual and CE 2006/42 certificate.
