Certified support trestles — 10 t capacity
Support stand rated 10 tonnes, CE 2006/42 certified: the highest capacity in the fixed series. The top beam carries a lining profile that sits between the workpiece and the steel of the top, and two side pins project from the uprights. Two stands of this size hold a 20-tonne load at working height.
A ten-tonne workpiece is set down once: it has to rest where it does not mark, does not slide and does not need re-setting. The lining on the beam separates steel from steel and holds back the load from slipping, which on a bare surface would be the real risk — not the structure giving way, but the workpiece sliding.
This is the configuration for beams, large dies and machine-tool bases, where the load comes down from the overhead travelling crane and stays in support throughout machining. Delivered with capacity plate, serial number, manual and CE 2006/42 certificate.
