Certified support trestles — 2,000 kg capacity
Fixed support stand with a 2,000 kg rated capacity, in painted steel and CE 2006/42 certified. The top beam, closed with end caps, transfers the weight to four cross-braced uprights; the capacity plate is fitted on the beam, the CE marking with the serial number on the side. They work in pairs: two stands hold a 4,000 kg workpiece in stable support.
Two thousand kilos per stand is the size of medium steelwork: sections, welded frames, rolled sheet metal, mechanical assemblies waiting to be mounted. The cross bracing stiffens the stand in the direction where it tends to sway — sideways — and keeps it square even when the workpiece is set down off-centre with the overhead travelling crane.
This is the model we build as a standard series, not to order: bench working height, plate feet that rest on the floor without anchoring, yellow finish paint. Every unit leaves with its capacity plate, serial number, manual and CE certificate.
