Custom trestles with roller or V-block supports
Support trestles tailored to the shape of the piece they have to hold: the same certified 1,000 kg base takes roller supports to slide and turn shafts and tubes, V-blocks to stop cylindrical bodies rolling, or a conventional flat top. Every trestle carries a capacity plate and is delivered with CE certification.
The supports bolt onto the top beam: you start from the drawing of the piece — a shaft to be turned, a tube to be welded, a sheet to be held — and choose the right support, in a different combination on each trestle of the pair if need be.
The roller version lets you turn the resting piece without a crane; the V-block version stops it rolling. Capacities from 500 to 10,000 kg to measure, built in our Milan workshop.
