Revolift permanent lifting magnet 2,000 kg
Neodymium permanent lifting magnet of 2,000 kg, 285 mm high, order code REVO2000. Two tonnes is the top of the series and the size for blocks, thick plate and press dies. The 285 mm body concentrates a field that holds even on rough as-cast surfaces. The whole Revolift series carries the intermediate load-test position — with irregular, thin or unknown-quality material you can check the grip before the lift actually begins — the solid aluminium handle set closer to the top of the body, the stainless steel lifting eye and the NFC chip that keeps the manual a phone-tap away. Every magnet is individually break-away tested with an air gap and exceeds a safety factor of 3. Material temperature up to 80 °C, five-year warranty on the magnetic system.
