Neo HV turning arm 1000

HV 1000 turning arm, 297 mm high, order code LARM1000: to be paired with a lifting magnet in order to rotate the workpiece from horizontal to vertical and back, without slings and without intermediate supports. Version to pair with the 1,000 kg Neo magnet, the largest in the series at 297 mm: it turns heavy turning blanks and thick plate that nobody would move by hand. It is needed whenever a semi-finished part leaves the store lying flat and has to go into the lathe or the horizontal machining centre standing up: the manoeuvre that normally takes two people and a second hook-up is resolved in a single movement of the crane. The arm adjusts over a wide range of diameters and widths, pulls off for the magnet to be changed and carries a sturdy lifting eye. ⚠️ The magnet is not included and must be ordered separately.
