Neo HV turning arm 500

HV 500 turning arm, 244 mm high, order code LARM500: to be paired with a lifting magnet in order to rotate the workpiece from horizontal to vertical and back, without slings and without intermediate supports. Version to pair with the 500 kg Neo magnet, same height as the HV 250: it doubles the weight that can be turned without changing the arm's adjustment range. It is needed whenever a semi-finished part leaves the store lying flat and has to go into the lathe or the horizontal machining centre standing up: the manoeuvre that normally takes two people and a second hook-up is resolved in a single movement of the crane. The arm adjusts over a wide range of diameters and widths, pulls off for the magnet to be changed and carries a sturdy lifting eye. ⚠️ The magnet is not included and must be ordered separately.
