Neo Hot permanent lifting magnet 500 kg

Permanent lifting magnet for hot material of 500 kg, operating temperature up to 180 °C, 180 mm high, order code NEOL500H. Five hundred kilos at the same height as the 250 kg size: twice the rated capacity in the same footprint, useful where very different weights pass on the same hoist. The Hot series exists for pieces that come off flame cutting, out of furnaces and off presses still at temperature, where an ordinary magnet loses strength permanently and never gets it back. The double magnetic circuit with heavy-duty neodymium magnets holds the rated capacity under demanding conditions; operation remains by lever, with the same safety lock as the Neo series. Compact body with only two recessed screws, five-year warranty on the magnetic system.
