Neo Hot permanent lifting magnet 250 kg

Permanent lifting magnet for hot material of 250 kg, operating temperature up to 180 °C, 180 mm high, order code NEOL250H. Two hundred and fifty kilos is the size for small forgings and dies straight out of the furnace: you take the piece where it lies and carry it to the quench tank with no intermediate steps. The Hot series exists for pieces that come off flame cutting, out of furnaces and off presses still at temperature, where an ordinary magnet loses strength permanently and never gets it back. The double magnetic circuit with heavy-duty neodymium magnets holds the rated capacity under demanding conditions; operation remains by lever, with the same safety lock as the Neo series. Compact body with only two recessed screws, five-year warranty on the magnetic system.
