Neo Hot permanent lifting magnet 1,500 kg

Permanent lifting magnet for hot material of 1,500 kg, operating temperature up to 180 °C, 273 mm high, order code NEOL1500H. Fifteen hundred kilos at 180 °C: the size for large press dies, the ones changed with the machine still hot so production does not stop. The Hot series exists for pieces that come off flame cutting, out of furnaces and off presses still at temperature, where an ordinary magnet loses strength permanently and never gets it back. The double magnetic circuit with heavy-duty neodymium magnets holds the rated capacity under demanding conditions; operation remains by lever, with the same safety lock as the Neo series. Compact body with only two recessed screws, five-year warranty on the magnetic system.
