Neo Hot permanent lifting magnet 125 kg

Permanent lifting magnet for hot material of 125 kg, operating temperature up to 180 °C, 120 mm high, order code NEOL125H. A hundred and twenty-five kilos: the size for freshly cut parts collected off the flame-cutting bed before they cool, without waiting and without foundry gloves. The Hot series exists for pieces that come off flame cutting, out of furnaces and off presses still at temperature, where an ordinary magnet loses strength permanently and never gets it back. The double magnetic circuit with heavy-duty neodymium magnets holds the rated capacity under demanding conditions; operation remains by lever, with the same safety lock as the Neo series. Compact body with only two recessed screws, five-year warranty on the magnetic system.
