Permanent lifting magnet for hot material of 1,000 kg, operating temperature up to 180 °C, 236 mm high, order code NEOL1000H. One tonne hot is the size for freshly cut thick plate and die blocks: the double magnetic circuit is what lets it work a whole shift without the grip fading. The Hot series exists for pieces that come off flame cutting, out of furnaces and off presses still at temperature, where an ordinary magnet loses strength permanently and never gets it back. The double magnetic circuit with heavy-duty neodymium magnets holds the rated capacity under demanding conditions; operation remains by lever, with the same safety lock as the Neo series. Compact body with only two recessed screws, five-year warranty on the magnetic system.
