Neo EP electropermanent lifting magnet 300 kg

Electropermanent lifting magnet of 300 kg, 420 mm high, order code NEOSQ300: the grip is commanded by an electrical pulse and engages in 0.8 seconds, with no physical effort from the operator. Three hundred kilos is the size for sheet-metal lines, where the same piece is picked up and set down dozens of times a shift and the lever of a permanent magnet becomes a matter of fatigue and lost time. Also available at 230 V single-phase on request. The current is needed only to switch: once the magnet is on, the load is held by permanent magnets, so there is no risk of a drop through loss of supply and no backup battery is required. Standard 400 V supply, 230 V version on request for the 300 and 600 kg capacities. Monobloc magnetic module, recessed stainless steel buttons, forged lifting eye, optional remote control for operation from the overhead travelling crane cab, and provision for integration into automated lines.
