Battery-powered lifting magnet with remote control of 3,600 kg, 460 mm high, order code BM3600. Three thousand six hundred kilos is the size for whole sheet bundles and large forgings: the same 460 mm height as its smaller sisters, but a magnetic field sized for heavy material. The BM control unit carries two functions that change daily work: Variable Force adjusts the holding force to pick a set number of sheets from a stack, while Tip-Off releases the load gradually, as thin sheet requires. The infrared remote control works up to 10 metres and the controls remain on the unit itself as well. Synoptic display with charge indicator, switch-off blocked while the load is suspended, audible and visual low-battery alarms, universal steel lifting eye.
