Vacuum lifter for sandwich panels with 180° tilting
A 360 kg vacuum lifter built to turn insulated sandwich roof panels through 180° and lay them straight afterwards. Trapezoidal panels travel stacked head to tail to take up less room on the lorry, and on site they have to be turned over one by one: here a hydraulic cylinder operated by radio does the turning, with four suction pads on two independent vacuum circuits.
Once the panel is turned the machine does not let go: the same grip that flipped it carries it up to the roof and lays it down. One single cycle, from the stack to the pitch, with no turning it by hand three men at a time.
Dual vacuum circuit with a reservoir and a non-return valve on each, a vacuum gauge per circuit, audible and visual alarm and two-handed load release: the requirements of EN 13155 for handling loads over people.
Quick-change rechargeable batteries, with a second set and an external charger supplied: the shift does not stop to recharge. It is slung from the lifting eye or picked up with the forks of a forklift truck, and it breaks down onto its transport stand, which takes up no more room than a pallet. On request, a cable pendant instead of the radio control and special pads for unusual panels, including imitation-tile profiles.
