600 kg vacuum lifter
Self-priming vacuum lifters of 600 kg in five configurations, from two to eight suction cups. At the same rated capacity what changes is the geometry of the grip: two cups in line for narrow, long formats, eight cups on a frame for the thin sheets up to 4,000 × 2,000 mm that would buckle with only a few grip points. No power supply — the vacuum is created by the descent of the hook.
More cups mean two things at once: the load spreads over more points, so the sheet does not sag, and you can go thinner — the six- and eight-cup versions work 1 mm sheet, while the two- and three-cup ones start at 2 mm.
The three-, six- and eight-cup configurations can be fitted with shut-off valves: by isolating the cups that fall outside the workpiece, smaller formats can be handled without losing the vacuum.
The minimum load is 5 kg across the series. Materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, glass, plastic, stone and wood with a sealed surface.
