100 kg vacuum lifter
Self-priming vacuum lifter of 100 kg with one Ø 230 mm suction cup, for steel, stainless steel and aluminium sheet up to 1,000 × 1,000 mm. It is the tool of the workbench and the cutting department: hook it to the hoist, rest it on the workpiece, and the descent of the hook creates the vacuum by itself, with no cables or hoses to drag around.
Release happens only when the chain goes slack with the load set down: as long as the piece is suspended the grip cannot open through a power cut or a flat battery, quite simply because there is no power and there are no batteries.
It lifts from 5 kg and from 1 mm thickness on steel: the same equipment serves the thin sheet fresh from the laser and the heaviest part, provided the surface is closed and clean.
