2,400 kg vacuum lifter
Self-priming vacuum lifters of 2,400 kg in three configurations: two Ø 770 mm suction cups for thick slabs, eight or ten cups on a long cross-beam for sheet metal up to 9,000 × 2,000 mm. This is the equipment of heavy structural steelwork and steel service centres and, like the whole series, it needs no power, no compressed air and no batteries.
At the higher rated capacities the advantage of the self-priming principle tells even more: no electrical panel to feed on the overhead travelling crane, no pump unit to maintain, no battery to recharge at the end of the shift.
The eight- and ten-cup versions weigh 480 kg and carry the grip out to the ends of a nine-metre sheet; the shut-off valves make it possible to isolate the cups outside the outline and use the same equipment on shorter formats.
Minimum load 10 kg on the two-cup version, 20 kg on the frame versions.
