Stainless steel for food and pharmaceutical
In food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics departments paint is not permitted: it chips, releases particles and does not stand up to washing with aggressive detergents. Our jib cranes for these environments are built entirely in stainless steel — pillar, arm and fasteners — in AISI 304 or, where contact is more severe, in AISI 316. The same choice applies to outdoor installations and marine climates, where stainless steel does away with the upkeep of paintwork.
