Pneumatic vacuum lifter for precast concrete elements: the pads work on the surface of the casting and the two pneumatic cylinders guide the tilt, so that slabs and panels can be taken off the pallet and laid in place with no slings. Seals chosen to suit the finish of the casting, whether smooth from the formwork or slightly rough.
Precast concrete is heavy and delicate at the edges: webbing slings mark it and need two operators; the vacuum lifter takes it flat and releases it where it is needed, with a single person at the controls.
Compressed air supply with no electrical parts, vacuum indicator in view and a lifting frame for crane or overhead crane. Sizes and number of pads are set on the casting. CE certified.
