XXL assembly bench 4,000×1,500 mm, 2,000 kg
Large-format assembly bench with a 4,000×1,500 mm steel top, six legs adjusted in sync by a single 230 V motor and 2,000 kg capacity. Travel 750-1,150 mm even at full load, heavy-duty 360° castors and adjustable feet to lock it in place.
The frame is fully welded, with no bolted joints in the structural parts, and stiffened by longitudinal and transverse cross-members: the top stays level even with the load all on one side. The drive is enclosed and protected from dust.
The standard top is 10 mm steel; for one customer it was made 40 mm thick. Versions of 750, 1,500 and 5,000 kg, plywood top, cordless-driver adjustment for workstations without power.
