Mobile battery-powered assembly bench, 500 kg
Mobile assembly bench with four electric lifting columns on an interchangeable battery, 1,200×1,200 mm top and 500 kg capacity. Travel 450-1,000 mm adjusted from buttons under the top, about 20 mm per second, even with the load on it. Four Ø 125 mm ball-bearing castors with brakes.
Four columns, instead of the two of ordinary benches, give a rigid base for assembly, testing and production; the reinforced frame is sized for continuous industrial use. The battery frees it from the cable: it moves between machine, test bench and warehouse.
Top in 30 mm plywood, 10 mm steel, 10 mm stainless or antistatic HDPE, also made to measure. Without castors it becomes a fixed bench on adjustable feet.
