Maintenance bench with electric pedal-driven rotating platform, 300 kg
Maintenance and assembly bench with a Ø 800 mm steel platform (other diameters on request) rotated by a 230 V motor controlled by right/left pedals, speed adjustable from 0.05 to 1 rpm. Tilt and height with cordless driver on a self-locking spindle, travel 650-1,050 mm, 300 kg capacity, ball-bearing castors with brakes.
Slow, continuous rotation is for welding, sealing, painting or inspecting the whole perimeter of a part without moving your hands: the pedal starts and stops it, the potentiometer sets the speed.
Tilts and rotates even at maximum load, depending on the centre of gravity and shape of the part. Delivered assembled and ready.
