Battery-powered assembly bench with rotating ESD top, 350 kg
Battery-powered height-adjustable assembly bench with a 1,300×900×20 mm antistatic (ESD) HDPE top on a perimeter steel frame and a 360° slewing ring locking every 90°. Capacity 350 kg (150 and 500 kg versions), travel 760-1,260 mm, Ø 100 mm rubber castors with pedal brake.
It is the bench for electronics and delicate units: the ESD top protects sensitive components, the rotation brings the part to the operator without lifting it, the battery makes it independent of the socket. The second battery supplied avoids downtime.
Three height memories on side buttons; 400 mm of travel in about 15 seconds with 200 kg on the top. Top also in 10 mm stainless steel, 30 mm plywood or 10 mm steel; sizes on request.
