Adjustable tilting welding positioner, 300 kg
Mobile welding positioner with a Ø 1,200 mm steel plate rotating 360° and lockable every 30°, electric tilting from 0 to 90° and electric height from 700 to 1,050 mm, both pedal-controlled. Four lifting columns on a self-locking spindle, 300 kg capacity, castors with brakes.
Tacking a welded assembly, fitting machine components, setting up a jig: height, tilt and rotation are changed at each step with the feet while the hands hold the part. Rotation is for positioning; then it locks for working.
Lifts and tilts even with the maximum load on the plate. Plate holes to drawing; travel 750-1,150 mm on request.
