1,000 kg mobile trestle with hand crank
Mobile support trestle with continuous hand-crank height adjustment, rated 500 or 1,000 kg. The gearbox built into the column is the difference that counts: the height changes at full load, with the workpiece already on top, without unloading the trestle and without a second operator. Castors and support feet to choice.
A stepped trestle forces you to decide the height before the load goes on; here you correct it while you work. It is the difference between stopping to unload and turning a crank, and on a long assembly job you feel it.
The support beam is available in 100, 120, 150, 175 and 200 cm, so the pair of trestles adapts to the length of the workpiece instead of the other way round. Painted steel structure, galvanised telescopic column.
On request: castors, spring-loaded castors that lower under load, levelling feet for floors out of true and a height scale set into the foot to find the setting again. Finish RAL 7035, RAL 7016, RAL 5002 or to choice. CE 2006/42 certified.
