2,000 kg height-adjustable welding trestle
A 2,000 kg welding trestle with a perforated welding top and continuous height adjustment by cordless screwdriver. It brings the workpiece to the right height for the weld instead of forcing the welder to bend: over a long job, it is the difference between a full day and half a day of backache.
The welding top is the modular hole system: squares, clamps and stops are fixed where they are needed and hold the workpiece in position during tack welding and welding. Choose between system 16, 22 and 28 and lengths from 500 to 3,000 mm, depending on the tooling already in the workshop.
Adjustment is continuous and is made with an ordinary cordless screwdriver, even with the workpiece in place: the weld is always tackled at a comfortable height, not at whatever height the part happened to end up.
On request: castors, spring-loaded castors, levelling feet and a height scale in the foot. Finish RAL 7035, RAL 7016, RAL 5002 or to choice. CE 2006/42 certified.
