1,000 kg hand-crank trestle with perforated top
Mobile trestle with continuous hand-crank adjustment and a top drilled to the 16 mm hole system, rated 500 or 1,000 kg. Squares, stops and clamps from the modular system fit onto the top: the workpiece stays locked in the right position during assembly and tack welding, instead of sliding on a plain support.
The perforated top turns the trestle into a fixturing bench: the stops move from hole to hole, and repeatability comes from the grid rather than from the hand. For anyone assembling the same part more than once, it is the difference between realigning every time and simply setting it down.
As on the plain model, the integrated gearbox allows the height to be changed with the load in place. Top dimensions from 100 × 20 × 10 cm up to 200 × 20 × 10 cm.
On request: castors, spring-loaded castors, levelling feet and a height scale in the foot. Finish RAL 7035, RAL 7016, RAL 5002 or to choice. CE 2006/42 certified.
