Made-to-measure stand with pin adjustment
Support stand built to measure, with pin height adjustment: the height is changed by pulling out the pin and moving the upright to the next hole, then it stays mechanically locked with no screws to tighten. Capacities from 250 to 20,000 kg, support width up to 350 cm.
Pin adjustment is the simplest there is, and for that reason the most dependable: no spindle to get dirty, no hydraulic system to leak. The pin goes into the hole and that is the height — under load and over time. It is the choice when the height is changed rarely but has to stay exactly where it was set.
Everything is made to measure: capacity, support width from 50 to 350 cm, depth 10 or 20 cm, and the travel between the lowest and highest position is set around the workpiece you have to support. On request: castors, spring-loaded castors, levelling feet and a height scale recessed into the upright, to find the setting at a glance.
Standard finish in light grey RAL 7035, anthracite grey RAL 7016 or blue RAL 5002, or the colour you specify. Steel structure, certified to CE 2006/42.
