20,000 kg assembly trestle with perforated top
Assembly trestle for heavy loads up to 20,000 kg, with a 16 mm perforated top and continuous screw height adjustment operated with a cordless screwdriver. This is the version for heavy fabrication and structural steelwork: oversized structure, high stiffness and no sag under load.
Twenty tonnes on two supports call for stiffness before capacity: the structure is sized so the top does not deflect and the workpiece stays at height for the whole operation, even while welding and hammering.
The 16 mm perforated top takes the squares and clamps of the modular system, so the trestle works as an assembly table and not only as a support. The screw adjustment is driven by a screwdriver, with no hydraulics and no power pack.
On request: castors, spring-loaded castors, levelling feet and a height scale in the foot. Finish RAL 7035, RAL 7016, RAL 5002 or to choice. CE 2006/42 certified.
