Hydraulic mandrel for plastic reels

Expanding mandrel with hydraulic rotation for picking up plastic reels by the central eye: it hooks onto the fork carriage and connects to the truck's hydraulics with two quick couplings. The expansion locks the reel from inside and the rotation orientates it with no contact with the outer surface.
