Modular aluminium working rail (TRE)

The TRE is a modular working rail that acts as an anchor point compliant with EN 795/B: it protects up to three people at once and was created for work on roofs with open skylights, where there is nothing to attach to. No part exceeds two metres, so the whole assembly fits in a residential lift.
It consists of five elements: two opening supports on wheels around 1.5 m high, two 2-metre beam sections forming a 4-metre working rail, and a central connector. The uprights lock themselves in the open position, so stability does not depend on a catch someone has to remember to engage.
The beam has an internal rail on which the ASB500-250 trolleys run, acting as movable anchor points: the central connector can be traversed, so the trolley covers all 4 metres without stopping halfway. For evacuation, the TM1 device is added, which accepts CRW 200, CRW 310 and RUP 502.
Assembly needs two 19 mm spanners (M12 bolts) and must be carried out by two people wearing protective gloves.
